Plurify is a holding company that was founded by Shane Dutcher. Plurify owns and invests in a diverse portfolio of businesses, equities, and real estate. Our goal is to create a portfolio of minority holdings as well as to create long-term value by starting, acquiring, and building great companies that can thrive on their own and contribute to the overall success of our portfolio. We take a long-term investment approach and are committed to providing our portfolio companies with the resources and support they need to succeed.

We believe in actively supporting the management teams of our portfolio companies and allowing them to operate independently, while also providing guidance and strategic direction as needed.

Our holding company is privately owned, which allows us the flexibility to make strategic decisions with a long-term focus, rather than being driven by short-term market pressures. We are always on the lookout for new opportunities to add value to our portfolio.
